Payment Policy: A $25 deposit is required for all makeup appointments. No deposit, No appointment. Remaining balance will be due at scheduled makeup appointment via CASH, CARD, OR ZELLE. Tips are accepted and greatly appreciated. ALL deposits are non refundable.
Late Policy: Due to the nature of the business after 10 minutes a $15 late fee will be applied to your remaining balance. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.
Cancelation Policy: Please provide at least a 24 hour notice via text or email if you feel like you are not going to make it to your appointment. If cancellation is due to the artist a refund will be issued immediately. please note when being refunded it takes 2-3 business days. If the client cancels there will not be a refund for the deposit. Once the appointment is canceled the deposit is voided and non-transferable. All same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the remaining balance with the card on file; and a new deposit will be required if you'd like to rescheduled ALL No Call No Shows will be charged 100% of the remaining balance, no exceptions & will be banned from booking for the future.. (Holidays Included.) Please contact me directly via text if you feel you will be running behind.
Rescheduling Policy: Clients are able to reschedule appointments online through the email confirmation. All same day rescheduling will be charged 50% of the balance due. You will have 30 days to reschedule appointment from original date. After 30 days a new deposit is required.
Holiday Policy: All Holiday Appointments must add the add on fee for Holiday charge no exemptions. If Holiday up charge is not booked it will be changed at the end of the service. This is for ALL major holidays
No Call No Show Policy: No Call No Shows will be banned from booking future appointments and the deposit will be nonrefundable and will be charged the full remaining balance of service.
Travel Policy: Yes, I do travel. Due to weekends being a high volume time of the week I do not travel on weekends unless it is for Bridal Parties. If you need a travel for a Photoshoot or Special Event please reach out via text or email for a quote.
Before/ After Hour Appointments: Yes I do offer Before and After hour appointments. Please text me and inquire about to time and date you want for your before/after hour makeup appointment. Please note these particular type of appointment has an additional charge of $100 + depending on the time.
Guest: Please come to your appointment alone being that there is no room for extra guest.

Directions:
I am not located inside of the Parlour Salon. Im located inside of Color Du Jour on the opposite of the building to the left of the Tide Dry Cleaners.
Upon arrival you may park in the garage on the first or second floor. Once parked walk out of the garage make a right down the sidewalk and the door is directly across the street from the white building with the blue border. When you come through the double glass doors take the elevator and come to the 3rd floor!
